Who is YOUR choice for 2002 Golden Athlete of the Year?

One male and one female will be selected by a committee of their peers to represent senior athletes across the State of New Mexico. They will be honored at an awards presentation and at the Opening Ceremony of the 2003 State Games.

 

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATION!

Eligibility:

Nominees must be at least 50 years old and reside in New Mexico. They should be actively contributing in two or more of the following areas:
1. Outstanding personal accomplishments;
2. Outstanding professional contributions;
3. Outstanding community contributions;
4. Outstanding contribution for enhancing the quality of life of seniors.

Instructions for Nominations:

The first page should contain name, address, age, local game site, person making the nomination, and other pertinent information. Then provide a narrative statement, clearly describing the contributions and accomplishment of the nominee. Provide as much detailed background and supporting information as possible. A maximum of two (2) double spaced typewritten pages may be included.

Judging:

A panel of judges will be selected by NMSO. All entries become the property of New Mexico Senior Olympics, Inc. and will not be returned. Material submitted may be used for publication by New Mexico Senior Olympics, Inc.
